* All equipment remains the property of Hot Catz Music.
* Any breakage or theft of jukebox or jukebox equipment shall be replaced at full replacement cost, and is the sole responsibility of the client.
* Cancellation: In addition, should the client cancel at any time after 7 days before the function date a fee of 20% will be charged.
* Hot Catz Music cannot be held liable for any injury caused by our equipment.
Should the function not run it's full time due to adverse conditions beyond our control, there is no refund or exchange and no obligation is assumed by Hot Catz Music for arranging a substitute event of performance.
* The price quoted shall be the gross price and must be paid at the commencement of the function.
